Abstract


With the rapid economic development, quality and cost of purchasing managementmake a direct impact on the whole supply chain efficiency. The high efficient purchasingcan not only reduce the product cost and quantity of stores, but speed up the enterprisecapital flow and enhance competitiveness as well. However, many problems of thepurchasing are faced by enterprises nowadays，such as how to reduce purchase cost andselect the appropriate suppliers，the same ones like these occur in Twenty-two MCCOverseas Division. The main purpose of the study is to conduct purchasing managementby the research tools like Process reengineering, Analytic hierarchy process and Entropymethod, finding out the problems of construction materials purchasing and suppliermanagement in Twenty-two MCC Overseas Division, and then proposing a specificimprovement combined with the actual situation in Business division.The following problems are researched in this thesis:First, the current situation and identified problems of purchasing management inTwenty-two MCC Overseas Division are analyzed.Then, the problems mentioned above are solved by regularizing the obligation in thedifferent parts of organization structure, reengineering the processes of purchasingmanagement and supplier management in Twenty-two MCC Overseas Division.Finally, the new rules draft of purchasing management is studied in Twenty-twoMCC Overseas Division. Three points are analyzed in the draft. First, the purchasingmanagement under the environment of supply chain is recognized again. Second, someeffective plans are presented about how to implement organization structure regulation andpurchasing process reengineering. Third, the constructive proposal is put forward onsupplier management.
