Abstract


The main purpose of this paper is the effectiveness of internal control of listedcompanies in Hebei scientific and objective evaluation to2008to2012all listedcompanies in Hebei Province as samples, evaluation of the effectiveness of internalcontrol in Hebei status and problems of analysis, in this based on the effectiveness ofinternal control evaluation system, using data envelopment analysis, derived usingDEAP2.1software listed companies in Hebei ranking effectiveness of internal control, andaccording to the conclusions put forward suggestions for improvement. For this projectcharacteristics, the normative research and empirical research method of combining.First, the proposed thesis topics of the background and significance, through accessto a large number of domestic and foreign research literature related to the effectiveness ofinternal control, summarize existing research gaps and opportunities of this study toclarify the content of this study and research methods, and this article Related conceptswere defined on the basis of the theory are described.Secondly, the paper from2008to2012all listed companies in Hebei Province assamples, for the effectiveness of internal control of listed companies in Hebei evaluationto analyze the situation, and pointed out the problems, leads to further research ideas.Again, the response to these problems, this paper, the five elements of internalcontrol to establish five qualitative indicators, the use of six and internal control relevantfinancial indicators constructed as a quantitative indicator of the effectiveness of internalcontrol evaluation index system. Using data envelopment analysis, the five qualitativeindicators as input variables, six qualitative indicators as output variables, and the use oflisted companies in Hebei C2R model for comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness ofinternal control, and draw ranking.Finally, according to the empirical research findings, combined with the effectivenessof internal control of listed companies in Hebei Province evaluate the current situation andproblems in order to improve the internal control as the starting point and destination point,put forward a sound internal control and optimization of countermeasures and suggestions.
