Abstract


Finance is the core of modern economy, and is the lifeline of national economy.Effective internal controls are the foundation of safe and stable banking. Theinternational economy environment effects us deeply. The international economyenvironment is complicated and changeable, it cost a lot financial risks, resulting in thenegative impact on global economy. We must pay more attention to the security ofcommericial banks as the main body of the financial industry. It is the precondition andelements of survival and development of commercial bank to reinforce the internalcontrol construction, establish and consummate the effective internal control system.This thesis is based on reviewing and assessing the theory of internal control of Chineseand foreign commercial banks. It intends to make an in-depth analysis on the internalcontrol mechanism of GS bank from two aspects of theory and reality. It finds out theproblems and defects.This paper will further find solutions the for the problems anddefects fromtheoretical basis. And then it puts out some views and ideas about how toimprove the internal control system of GS bank, thereby achieving analysisparadigmofone correspondence problem analysis and proposemeasures.
