Abstract


In the open and global economic integration of the knowledge-based economy under the condition of socialist market economy how to enhance their core competitiveness or how to obtain the competition victory is each enterprise must face the grim task. How to adapt to the characteristics of modern times and the unique requirements of the management, the establishment of corresponding cost leading strategy seeking to reduce the cost of new ideas and methods is the present stage to the modernization of enterprise management basic problems.Enhancement of economic benefits of enterprises operating objectives to strengthen quality cost management make the enterprise strategic target realization also asked to strengthen quality cost management quality cost and benefit analysis for cost minimization create optimal economic benefits the quality cost control can ensure the survival and development of enterprises continue to operate and can optimize the enterprise benefit, promote enterprise management benign loop.Combining the BF energy company practice on the financial budget management theory the quality cost management theory and the Boston matrix theory are outlined, and the use of relevant theories of BF company’s actual situation to carry on the analysis thus proposed the BF energy company in product quality cost management problems and on this basis the corresponding countermeasures and measures to solve. Along with the change of the social economic environment, the enterprise should combine oneself characteristic carried out strategical change explore of adapting to the information era with its own characteristics to reduce costs to achieve the best economic method.
