The small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have great contribute tothe development of the national economy and social stability. In recent years, thesmall and medium-sized enterprise widespread financing plight, though, thesupporting policies of the state for the small and medium-sized enterprises constantlyimprove, however the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult alwaysthere. Large customers contribute to the bank’s decline gradually, financialdisintermediation has made bank of traditional business shrinking, regulatory regimefor banks such as the change of the environment of innovation and adaptability tochanges proposed requirements, actively expand financing business for the small andmedium-sized enterprises, is that the banks for the long-term development of strategicchoice.In recent years，the rapid development of the supply chain financial modeleffectively relieve the small and medium-sized enterprise capital demand, supplychain finance provides a new channel relieve information asymmetry. Perception is aprocess of information processing. As a research entry point to improve cognition, thispaper with the help of a supply chain from four aspects to improve the cognition tothe small and medium-sized enterprises, study for after improve cognitive effects ofreducing the risk of bank loans.This thesis priority is around "improved cognitive to the effect of reducing therisk of bank loans", using four intermediate variables to improve cognitive conditions,put forward four research assumptions, the conceptual framework convertsmeasurable variables, design the questionnaire.Data analysis method this paper uses the structural equation model, according tothe hypothesis to establish structural equation model. Collected223questionnairesdata, using SPSS16.0statistical software for survey reliability validity analysis andfactor analysis to judge the validity of the measurement model. AMOS17.0statistics software application questionnaire data import path graph structure model, fourintermediate variables and the dependent variable (reduces the risk of bank loans), therelationship between research hypothesis.Through theoretical and empirical combination of research hypothesis gotpowerful test, this paper draw the following conclusions:(1) whether the core enterprise in supply chain to participate in, will affect thecognitive, bank for small and medium-sized enterprises, in turn, affect bank loan risk,and the higher level of core businesses to participate in, reflect the small andmedium-sized enterprises (smes) is more credible.(2) in the supply chain of small and medium-sized enterprise trading frequency,will affect the cognitive, bank for small and medium-sized enterprises, in turn, affectbank loan risk, and transaction frequency, the higher, better reflect the small andmedium-sized enterprises.(3) the scale of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain willaffect the cognitive, bank for small and medium-sized enterprises, in turn, affect bankloan risk, and the larger, better reflect the small and medium-sized enterprises.(4) the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain, willaffect the cognitive, bank for small and medium-sized enterprises, in turn, affect bankloan risk, and status is more important, reflect the small and medium-sized enterprises(smes) is more credible.
