Abstract


In twentieth Century90time, along with the tourism development situation andownership structure change, more and more Chinese enterprises began to enter the tourism industry,the industry of private enterprises to invest in tourism related to tourism, private capital graduallybecome China’s tourism investment main body.Shanxi as China’s important energy and chemicalindustry base, coal, metallurgy, electric power for a long period, the equipment manufacturingindustry of four big resources industry as a pillar industry of the economic structure of the industry,this single, although brought to Shanxi’s economy growth, but also to the sustainable economicdevelopment of Shanxi faces many problems, such as resource depletion, ecological destructionenvironmental pollution, economic growth, etc..With the need for regulation of national policy andresources type in Shanxi economic development, transformation and development becomes verynecessary, tourism because of its special advantage to become the Shanxi economic transformationof resources is preferred.Shanxi province is rich in tourism resources, with the development of thetourism industry and policy guidance, the tourism industry of Shanxi has made considerableprogress.In the industrial structure adjustment and the transition to a market economy driven by thedevelopment of resources, more and more private enterprises in Shanxi began to enter the tourismindustry.Based on a detailed study of the status quo of China’s private enterprises to invest in tourismindustry, private enterprises of Shanxi tourism investment background, motivation and investmentstatus are analyzed in detail.The private enterprises in Shanxi Sanjia group development andoperation of Jiexiu Mianshan scenic area as a typical case, transfer of management rights and thedevelopment and management of scenic area model of private enterprises are further specificinvestigation, and in view of the existing Mianshan scenic area development problem in theoperation process and puts forward the countermeasures to solve.The article also put two successfulcases, the investment of private enterprises in Zhejiang tourism, Songcheng group and Hengdiangroup, compared with Shanxi, after analyzing the investment of private enterprises in Shanxi tourism,existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures from five aspects: the government toplay a leading role, establishing the concept of service; make use of the advantages of resources, thedevelopment of modern tourism industry; strengthen the training of tourism professionals and the introduction of tourism enterprise; operation; to strengthen the construction of informatization oftourism industry.
