Abstract


At present, the R&D innovation internationalization has become an effective enterprise technology innovation, improve the enterprise innovation ability, the main situation of participation in international competition and in competition, the realistic background of Chinese enterprises are facing the technology behind and competitive pressures from strong technical capabilities of large international companies. Only Chinese enterprises to upgrade their level of technological innovation, accelerate the pace of internationalization of technological innovation, in order to catch up with developed countries and into the global R&D network. In this paper, from the Chinese enterprises overseas R&D into the process point of view, to analyze its relationship with local innovation performance, find out the various influencing factors.In this paper, the Yangtze River Delta enterprise data, for example, four cases selected for the Chinese enterprises to exploratory analysis the overseas R&D process and the relationship between indigenous innovation performance. And then through the empirical analysis, to2012in the United States, Japan and eastern Europe15overseas r&d activities of1198enterprises as the analysis object, the empirical results show that:(1) Chinese enterprises overseas R&D into the pace, scope will affect indigenous innovation performance;(2) the host country factors of R&D input, the scientific research foundation, openness was associated with a significant research and development of Chinese enterprises overseas distribution;(3) Domestic R&D infrastructure and local innovation performance significantly correlated.At the end of the paper, we draw the main conclusions of this paper, and put forward policy recommendations from enhance positive effect of Chinese enterprises overseas R&D and reducing the negative effects.
