(?)per first introduces the actuality of enterprise management, and based on this, in the operation and management of enterprise of our country and the reason are analyzed systematically, then analyzes and compares the western developed country enterprise management experience and measures, combined with the current stage of economic development in China and policy requirements, strengthen and improve the relevant system and management system of our country enterprise, management bottleneck breakthrough in the management mechanism, actively seek effective balance improvement and process improvement of enterprise management and reasonable mechanism and humanized management.Since the reform and opening-up deepening, happened to turn the world upside down the changes in China’s economic development pattern, dominated by the original state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises, to the development of the multi joint venture investment, individual investment owned enterprises, a lot of foreign investment into China, in this kind of diversified enterprise management mode, the competition has become complex and diverse. In the battle with foreign advanced enterprises, our enterprises management weaknesses become more and more obvious, and even some enterprises poor management philosophy led to the emergence of the crisis of survival. In general, regardless of size enterprises of our country, in the reform and opening up, China’s management mode mainly emphasizes the production capacity, scale of production and operation of enterprises; after the reform and opening up, China began gradually to the management mode of management transfer. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the management mode of enterprises in China are also changing, human resource management has become the focus of enterprises core management, as the core of scientific outlook on development is "people-oriented", which in our country enterprise management mode is to follow the market changes and changes constantly updated.In the era of knowledge economy, management innovation is in accordance with the needs of their own requirements, according to the methods of management, market demand to adjust the enterprise existing and not the suitable time of traditional Management pattern and enterprises’ traditional system, a method of original system, the new management mode and the market and enterprise self-adaptation, and in the modern enterprise’s management innovation is an important means of enterprise talent showing itself in the competition, the enterprise wants to talent showing itself in modern market competition, we must attach importance to human resources is an important way of management, strategic management theory is an important core business philosophy, the competition of modern enterprises mainly focus on enterprise management philosophy to form the core competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises to adapt to the external environment that enterprises can change at any time, namely the changes in market demand environment, the sustainable development of enterprises must be with the market changes and adjust their core competition and development strategies to achieve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The company is profitable for the purpose of engaging in production and business activities, and provides the useful products and services to the society economic organization. However, the management mode of enterprises in ChinaMainly rely on tender management system under the. This management mode that emphasizes internal management more arouse human nature, in the enterprise management emphasizes the human side is unavoidable, but cannot put emphasis on human as the core of enterprise management. But the Chinese enterprise in the management process, although developed a more rigorous and meticulous management rules, but both in the production process, or in the process of marketing, in spite of the corresponding management system, but the tender management mode must be strict enterprise management system execution has more serious effects. Management is not only the warmth of management, and the first is the definition of interest, excessive emphasis on humanization, tender management, is not conducive to enterprise development, and the enterprise finally often will affect the normal operations of enterprises management. If you want to have a new management mode and idea, the most important thing is to emphasize the "person" as the core management resources, both decision making and product innovation, must rely on people to complete the technical innovation of this fundamental, so in the knowledge economic tide today, human resources management must become the core strategic management of resources. The traditional enterprises must break the previously relied on product upgrades, innovation in order to capture, in the market, the competition of talents can be sustained, long-term stable victory in market competition, enterprises must change the traditional material as the core management idea, to build the core management idea, pay attention to emotion management, give full play to the initiative, the enthusiasm of the people.This paper mainly uses comparative method and case analysis method, to study the summary of China’s enterprise management. The existing problems and now more outstanding performance, combining foreign successful experience in the management of enterprises and China’s successful occupation of the corporate world stage management experience, in view of China’s existing business model, problem is that state-owned enterprise model, small and medium enterprises, private enterprises mode in the current market competition of analysis, and put forward to improve the enterprise management suggestions, mainly to adjust the original material for core of production management, marketing, human resource management is the core of the adjustment of enterprise management. Research on the status quo of the domestic and foreign enterprises with the economic management system, draw some theory and research methods, and present situation and problems of economic management system of our country enterprise in the scientific outlook on development of domestic enterprises, to hinder the further expansion of production scale, makes analysis on the main factors of scale, and puts forward the Countermeasures of management development domestic enterprises, with a view to scientific outlook on development of management mode of domestic enterprises, and the development of domestic enterprises play a certain promoting role.
