Abstract


University science park entrepreneurship platform is an important platformfor Chinese independent innovation, playing an important role in the promotionof production and research, transformation of scientific and technologicalachievements and the growth of small and medium enterprises. Universityscience park entrepreneurship platform is a new thing, and the theory is not verywell studied, which cause many problems in the operation and development ofentrepreneurial platform, and having not yet formed a mature and soundoperational mechanism. Therefore, this paper selects the university science parkentrepreneurship platform as the research object, applies for the related theoryof the incubator, in order to study the operational mechanism of the universityscience park entrepreneurship platform. The study aims to promote the growthof start-ups, stimulate employment, and provide theoretical guidance for theoperation of the university science park entrepreneurship platform.Through recalling the literature and research, this paper summarizes therelevant experience of the university science park at home and abroad, definesthe basic connotation of the university science park entrepreneurship platform,and analysis the characteristics and formative causation of the university sciencepark entrepreneurship platform, further explores university science parkentrepreneurship platform operation mechanism; regarding the universityscience park entrepreneurship platform as the research object, the universityscience park entrepreneurship platform evaluation index system is established,this platform is given comprehensive evaluation by employing the way ofAnalytic Hierarchy Process,and comes to larger indicators impacting onuniversity science park entrepreneurship platform operation mechanism;Through analyzing the results of the evaluation of the operation mechanism ofthe university science park entrepreneurship platform, this paper sums up the safeguards of the development of China’s university science parkentrepreneurship platform; Finally, through selecting Harbin university sciencepark entrepreneurship platform as object to empirical research, it is proved thatthe study on university science park entrepreneurship platform runningmechanism has useful value. Through analyzing and evaluating the universityscience park entrepreneurial platform, it is essential for us to understand theoverall state of the university science park entrepreneurial platform and identifyproblems, which aims at making such policy meeting the development needs ofthe university science park entrepreneurial platform.
