Abstract


Regional tourism cooperation is the importangt trend of global tourism, is also the important guarantee to improve the competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of regional tourism. Wuling Mountain Area holds rich tourism resources,but regional economic development falls behind and poverty is serious.So pro-poor tourism is for high hopes. Regional tourism cooperation is an important way to achieve effectively pro-poor tourism in Wuling Mountain Area. Based on the background, the article analyzed obstacle factors for regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain AreaAccording to the current research status of regional tourism cooperation in China,The article cleared that regional tourism cooperation has played an important role in the developed areas.And there were a lot of advanced experience and achievements achieved in theory and practice. A relatively mature research system had been created there.But in the poor areas regional tourism cooperation has not received due attention and a lot of research and practice is still in the exploratory stage. Then on the basis of depicting the current situation of Wuling Mountain Area tourism development and regional tourism cooperation,the article analyzed the necessity of the tourism cooperation of Wuling Mountain Area as a poor area. Compared with the regional tourism cooperation in the eastern coastal developed areas, Wuling Mountain poverty areas have a lot of obstacles in regional tourism cooperation. The article analyzed ten obstacle factors that produce obstacle on the regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain Area such as policy factors,economic factors, natural conditions and resources factors,traffic factors,market factors,information factors, human resources factors,cultural factors, government management factors, social development level factors. To further understand the impact level of these obstacle factors,the article used the questionnaire survey way and principal components analysis to divided ten obstacle factors into three levels:the main limiting factor including policy factors, traffic factors and natural conditions and resources factors; secondary limiting factors including market factors, economic factors, government management factors and social development level factors; auxiliary limiting factors including cultural factors,information factors and human resources factors.At last, a series of specific suggestions were put forward respectively combined the impact of obstacle factors with the reality of Wuling Mountain Area.
