Abstract


E-tourism as a new business model, rapidly rising with the advantage of highefficiency and low cost. Shaanxi tourism resources are very rich, but it is located in thewestern, the tourism industry and IT technology are backward compared with theeastern. So when exploring the opportunities of E-commerce brings to Shaanxi tourism,can not ignore the potential risk factors. In the existing researches, they are focus on theproblems existing in the development of E-tourism, as well as E-tourism profit model,there is little research for the E-tourism risk factors.This paper discussed the risks of E-commerce in the application of Shaanxitourism enterprises, combined with the actual situation of Shaanxi tourism industry andE-commerce development, mainly about：(1)Though analysis on the risks of E-commerce project from tourism enterpriseinternal management and external environment, the writer take for the strategicorientation risk, manager risk, financial risk, competition risk, cooperative enterpriserisk are higher,which can produce larger loss for Shaanxi tourism enterprise.(2) Based on the analysis of risk factors, using FCE method to evaluate the risk.Given some factors such as the uncertainty of E-commerce project, lack of historicaldata etc. using the judgment matrix of AHP method to affirm the risk factors’ weights,and obtain data required through expert questionnaire. Then using MATLAB tocalculate data, and adjust judgment matrix for the poor consistency. Last combined witha case of Shaanxi tourism enterprise to verity the method validity, the result shows thatthe risk level of the case is in the middle, which consistent with the actual situation ofproject.(3) Risk should nip in the bud. Aim at the risk factors, this paper gives some risk prevention methods before implementing E-commerce projects and implementationprocess, combined with the Shaanxi tourism, economy and IT technology. For thetraditional tourism enterprise, should make full use of its traditional business advantage,adopt the third party platform to carry out the E-commerce, just to prevent technicalrisks; for the new IT enterprise, its strategic position should aim at small but focused,from business scope and target customers to design strategic planning, just to preventstrategic risk and competitive risk.
