Abstract


Since90’s, the rapid development of mobile network become one of the main channel of information transmission. The development of the communication technology made the mobile network play a more important role in the transmission of information. The growing amount of information of mobile network made more and more information subjects join the mobile network information ecological environment. With the continuous change of contact and information between human and deepen mutually, they formed a kind of inter dependent chain relationship, and formed a mobile network information ecological chain.Mobile network information ecological chain is a part of the network information ecological chain, mainly referred to the ecological chains through the mobile network to transmit information and the formation. As the extension and development of traditional network, the network information ecological chain of mobile network information ecological chain compared with the traditional, must have the same points and different points, this paper summarizes their similarities and differences, discover the law, has a certain theoretical and practical significance.At present domestic scholars for the study of information ecology theory network mainly aims at the theory frame of network information ecology were studied,such as the basic concepts of network information ecology, descriptive study of network information, network information ecological chain and network information ecological system, the structural study of network information ecology, the network information ecological chain form, structure model,operational mechanism and value etc., and for the network information ecological chain formation mechanism, especially mobile network information ecological chain formation mechanism is less studied.In this paper, the integrated use of ecology, system theory, information resource management, network information ecology, mobile network and other relevant theories and methods, in-depth study of the forming principle of network information ecological chain, to network information ecology theory is expanded, the network information ecological system theory has been studied relatively refinement.In this paper, to study the formation mechanism of network information ecological chain branch of mobile network information ecological chain, to the theory research results into practical use, provide training policy corresponding to the formation and development of mobile network information ecological chain, for the guidance of mobile network information ecological chain specific to structural efficiency, better with the formation of strong practical significance:to provide the reference for the national and local governments to develop mobile network ecological strategy and related policies, and guide our country mobile network society harmonious development.The goal of this paper is to find the principle of mobile network information ecological chain is formed and the influencing factors of mobile network information ecological chain is formed, in order to find the corresponding countermeasures to cultivate, to form the mobile network information ecological chain to faster and more reasonable structure.
