Abstract


Objective : To investigate the D -dimer in deep venous thrombosis diagnosis of clinical significance. METHODS: Immunohistochemical nephelometry 100 cases considered in patients with deep venous thrombosis in plasma D- dimer levels , using a statistical method of testing , and as a diagnostic test indicators to evaluate the critical criteria . Results : normal control group with deep venous thrombosis group D- dimer levels were significantly different ; the plasma D- dimer levels 500ng/ml as judged by deep vein thrombosis l critical standard , D twelve mers deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the diagnostic evaluation indicators are as follows : a sensitivity of 100 % and a specificity of 85% and negative predictive value of 100% , diagnostic accuracy was 85% [ 1 ] . Conclusion : D -dimer levels may be used as the preferred screening test for exclusion of DVT .
