Abstract


With China’s modernization of national society of rapidly advancing the rhythm of life, work has been accelerating gradually increasing pressure, people return to natural demand increasingly strong; Meanwhile in recent years state and local are actively promoting the new rural construction, in this context, our country rural tourism received great attention and support, obtained the continued rapid growth. In recent years, Qingdao municipal committee and municipal government and related departments to rural tourism also attach great importance to the city of rural tourism also has witnessed rapid development in many aspects, but also has many problems, need to research and solve them. This paper, taking Qingdao Chengyang as research object, the development of the rural tourism to the relevant problems and strategies are thoroughly discussed.This paper first analyzes the background of the development of rural tourism, rural tourism related to domestic and foreign research progress, and introduces the comb of the general development of Qingdao rural tourism; Secondly, this paper systematically analyses including Chengyang rural tourism resources conditions, economic social base, location and traffic conditions, tourist market conditions for the development of rural tourism, this paper expounds the basic condition of rural tourism development present situation Chengyang the main characteristics and existing problems; Finally, on the summary and reference for the development of domestic tourism advanced city in Chengdu and Beijing’s success is based on the experience of rural tourism based on Chengyang tourism market investigation and analysis, from five aspects and proposed to promote the development of rural tourism Chengyang about strategy, which is expected to Qingdao Chengyang and for the further development of rural tourism provide references for.
