Abstract


The arming manufacture has the features of large investment, high independence, complicated program structure and production technologies, a throng of linkman, long cycle of manufacture, etc. The arming manufacture program composes commonly of multi-project and it is common that they function at one time. Therefore, the project management under the condition of multi-project has to face the schedule maladjustment due to the conflict between financing allocation and the demands, multi-layer roles of the team-members and overload works.The management problem of S institute over the arming manufacture is also the core problem that puzzles the majority arming R& D and manufacture units of our country for a long time. With the flourish development of the arming manufacture industry, a large number of arming manufacture programs of R&D enterprises or institutes start in succession. However, when facing the situation, the traditional schedule control technologies and methods are lack of pertinency and maneuverability. So, it is with great significant to investigate the schedule control for such program to meet the requirements from the users and markets, arrange the reasonable and tighten timetable, improve the quality control level, control the investment and push rapidly market occupation.The article reviewed the program management and program schedule control theories. It also analyzed the program features, the impact causes of schedule control and the current problems of the present arming manufacture programs of S institute. According to the present situation of S institute, it built an arming manufacture program schedule control matrix through the program schedule management methods, meanwhile; it gave a conclusion through the analysis to the program organization, communication, coordination and inspiritment of the arming manufacture, which to ensure the operation of the matrix.The purpose of the research is to do some rationed and qualitative analysis from the basic concept of project schedule control, major tasks, impact causes, control principle, control methods, control methods. The article adopts literature research and investigation research to improve its accuracy.
