Abstract


Purpose . Detection Shanxi Province 91 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae resistant to five antibiotics and drug resistance . (2) to explore Shanxi Yuncheng Neisseria gonorrhoeae multi-drug resistant strains of multi- pass resistance ( mtr ) mtrR gene promoter region 13bp inverted repeats ( IR ) area base deletion and its multi-drug resistant relationship . Method 1 by disk diffusion method for the determination of the sensitivity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to penicillin, tetracycline , ciprofloxacin , ceftriaxone and spectinomycin ; 2. Chromogenic assay of Cefalotin producing beta - lactamase Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains. (3) using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method contains the IR region , including the target gene was amplified and the amplified product was subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis , purified , sequenced . Results 1 . Shanxi Province 91 Neisseria gonorrhoeae to penicillin, tetracycline , ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone, spectinomycin resistance rates were 69.23% , 87.91% , 97.80 % , 0,5.49 % , the detection of plasmid-mediated penicillinase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae ( of PPNG ) 38 strains ( 41.76 % ) were resistant to two kinds of two or more antimicrobial agents guide the multi-drug resistance rate was 94.51% (86) . Yuncheng 35 Neisseria gonorrhoeae screening simultaneously resistant to two kinds of two or more multi- drug-resistant strains of antibiotic 30 ( 85.71% ) ; 19 MTRR gene promoter region of the IR area are a single A / T base deletion . Conclusion 1 . Shanxi Neisseria gonorrhoeae epidemic strains to penicillin, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin , should not be used for the treatment of gonorrhea in Shanxi ; ceftriaxone and spectinomycin resistance rates can be used as Shanxi Province is the drug of choice for the treatment of gonorrhea , but spectinomycin resistant strains , attention should be paid . Shanxi Neisseria gonorrhoeae multi-drug resistance is widespread . 3.mtrR gene promoter region 13bp palindromic sequence a single A / T base lack of participation in Neisseria gonorrhoeae generation of multi-drug resistant strains , increase gonococcal tolerated .
