Abstract


Risk control of local government financing platform enterprises means to strengthen risk management and control platform risk on the basis of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation. In recent years, risk control systems of financing platform enterprises of local governments do not change much. The systems became more and more unsuitable to the changing situation. The weak risk control systems have become a challenge for the security of Chinese local fiscal system and for the stabilizing of nationwide finance system.The paper reveals the risks local government financing platform enterprises facing through ordinary operation of business. Point out that we should enhance the three-dimensional risk control from the point of view of enterprise’s own, the point of view of local government, from the point of view of financial institutions. And illustrate how to enhance risk control by some local government financing platform as an example. The results contribute to a better understanding of the risks faced by local government financing platform Enterprises and the causes of risk from a multi-angel. Provide an insight into design of multi-level three-dimensional risk control which promoting local government financing platform for sustained, healthy and stable development.
