Abstract


Securities brokerage is the basic and no risky business with stable revenues foreach securities firm. The profit of securities brokerage comes from commissionhappens during acting sale of securities from clients. So when stock market indexgoes up and bull market comes, acting sale of securities with high frequency willbring nice commissions that is why securities brokerage become the main revenuesfor each firms.When securities industry was still infant, brokerage business license limits andthere is only a few of listed company that the monopoly status of securities firm havea strong voice in the market in the monopoly situation of selling party and hugeprofits have continuously made.Accompanying the breaking monopoly and reform of securities industry, moreand more capital entering market, securities enterprises and listing Corporation areincreasing rapidly. The market with homogeneity business model makes very lowdegree of market concentration at present.Under the pressure of securities brokerage business transferring selling party intobuying party, it is more and more difficult to gain market shares through exteriorexpansion and lower commission era has ended.With a series of reforming policies implementing by China Securities RegulatoryCommission (CSRC) especially the Securities industry Innovation Conference washolding on May2012which is a milestone of the securities industry has entered aperiod of profound change.In the trend of financial industry mixed operation, on the background ofsecurities industry trading network, floating commission, product diversification,institutional client disclosure more powerful, securities brokerage business survivingthrough the innovation of traditional business, developing by comprehensive wealthmanagement such as providing investment advisory services, configure theappropriate financial products in order to create diversified income and has become the consensus of the industry.The purpose of this paper is to offer the transformation strategy and suggestionsvia analyzing the present profit model of brokerage business of AH Securitiescompany, the external environment and the internal current situation Combined withthe general trends of securities brokerage business profit model changes aimed atproviding the suggestions of brokerage business profit model transformation of AHsecurities company.
