Abstract


Bank, as the basic institutes of finance, plays a great role in the society, alw ays is related with the stability of the economy and our nation. Meanwhile, it dif fers from other enterprises, having a high Asset-liability ratio with a great leverag e and a inside character of core of finance. With the launch of instruction of Bas e new capital accord from the CBRC(China Banking Regulatory Commission), the most biggest banks of China begin to have a gradual execution of the new Base Ⅲ. The BaseⅢ gave a strict request of capital adequacy for banks around the w ord. With the fast progress of being market oriented of finance and the sharp cha nges of economic situation, it is very important to consider the risk management in the bank running, especially in the risk management of credit.The credit loan business, especially the enterprise credit business, is the base and core of business in bank, and also the source of profit. Now, in this society without mechanism of integrity, it is the most important business to deal with the no-performing loan and to do a good precaution on that. It is really the main aim for all of the banks to grasp the risk, avoid a huge destruction, and reduce the no-perforating loan ratio.The thesis kicks off with the basic theory of financial risk management, expound different kinds of risk. Then, the thesis diatribe the modern tools of risk, found some problems and analysis that, The article will give some solutions. In the last, the thesis has a great prospect of risk management.
