Abstract

Hysteria ball disease is a common clinical gastrointestinal functional diseases. Mainly neuropsychiatric symptoms and pharyngeal foreign body sensation, repeated illness, hard to be cured, to the patient's work and life have a greater impact. The ideal drug research on the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease is still not deep enough. Domestic and international studies have shown that the hysteria the balls patients indeed there are more serious variety of emotional disorders, and anxiety and depressive patients the majority, and therefore plays a decisive role in the treatment of disease in hysteria ball antidepressant. Clinical Banxiahoupu soup treatment of hysteria balls disorder and depression have a good effect. Semi-Fo Nami pellets on the basis of Banxiahoupu soup plus bergamot, heterophylla, nanotechnology is relying on a traditional Chinese medicine developed new formulations. This paper studies the relationship of the Fo Nami pellets foundation side Banxiahoupu soup antidepressant dose, the disease hysteria ball laid the foundation for further study of semi-Fo Nami pellets; Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Department of Medicinal High (three drugs research funding) project \An antidepressant effect [Objective] To observe the Banxiahoupu soup of chronic stress model of depression in rats behavior and serum adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), serum cortisol (COR) content. Explore Pinellia Magnolia soup antidepressant dose-effect relationship. [Methods] 70 male SD rats were divided into control group, model group, fluoxetine hydrochloride the group Banxiahoupu soup extremely small, low, medium and high dose, n = 10. Selection of chronic unpredictable mild stress combined solitary Yang modeling, to observe the behavior of rats Open-Field test, weight and sugar intake and other indices change detected by radioimmunoassay COR serum ACTH . 【Results】 CUMS slow weight gain, horizontal movement, vertical movement in the Open-Field test score decreased sugar consumption. Fluoxetine hydrochloride group and Banxiahoupu soup very small, low, medium and high dose groups could effectively improve the CUMS model behavior changes, and content of COR, ACTH serum no significant. The dose of Banxiahoupu soup 0.45g/kg ~ 2.3g/kg between, showing a dose-effect relationship. [Conclusion] chronic unpredictable mild stress combined solitary Yang modeling allows the behavior changes in rats, caused by depression status, Banxiahoupu soup this with a different degree of antagonism play a certain antidepressant effect dose in 0.45g/kg ~ 2.3g/kg, showing a dose-effect relationship. February Toxicology 【Objective】 to observe half Fo Nami pellets acute toxicity and long-term toxicity [research] (1) semi-Fo Nami pellets acute toxicity test (2) long-term toxicity tests [half Fo Nami pellets experimental methods Results】 (1) acute toxicity test of 40 mice were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each group of 20 male and female, with a maximum dose (24g/kg body weight, the equivalent of the daily adult commonly used in general activities of the 240-fold) in mice, the animals were observed and the number of deaths. Medication after the animal does not appear obvious symptoms of poisoning and death situation, the continuous observation of two weeks, the animals all survived, freedom of movement, smooth hair, normal diet, weight gain, nose, eyes, mouth, no abnormal secretions. The anatomy of the animal, the naked eye and microscope observation of important organs, no obvious pathological changes. (2) Long-term toxicity tests 80 rats were evenly divided into large, medium and small-dose group and the control group (n = 20), male and female. Large, medium and small-dose group were 10g/kg 5.0/kg 2.5g/kg body weight administered orally administered continuously for 90 days, the control group was not administered. Signs, behavior, activities, glandular secretion, respiration, feces, food intake were observed daily and weighed once a week. Medication 24 hours after the end of each group were randomly selected 12 animals, male and female, female, 2% sodium pentobarbital anesthetized animals, abdominal aortic blood line hematological indices and blood chemistry indicators check system autopsy, rats take organs weighed and main organs and tissue histopathological examination. Were killed after the remaining animals continue feeding and observation for two weeks, and to do the above checks, to understand the reversibility of the toxicity and possible delayed toxicity. Each set of data for statistical analysis, the main difference observed between the treated and control groups. Results animals in each group comparison showed no significant difference in weight, hematological indices, blood chemistry indicators, and organ coefficient. 【Conclusion】 acute toxicity tests with the Semi-Fo Nami pellets 24g/kg body weight, equivalent to 240 times the adult dose, no significant acute toxicity after treatment. Long-term toxicity tests of large, medium and small dose group were 10,5.0, 2.5 g / kg body weight administered adult dose of 100, 50, 25 times, respectively, representing the drug on the growth of rats was observed after administration of the press cycle development, hematology and blood chemistry analysis, organ coefficient, and histopathologic examination no obvious side effects. Half Fo Nami pellets of laboratory mice and rats without significant side effects, nor delayed toxic effects, clinical dosage is safe.
