Abstract


Along with the deepening implementation of the “three dimensional rural” policy withnational supports,"three rural", the rural economy level is continuously developing, thebanking credit supports and efforts for rural is increasing. As an important part of agriculturalloans in rural areas, the size of the loans are steadily increasing year by year, however,because of the influence of subjective factors, issues such as the limited development level,the limited amount and the needs of the "three dimensional rural" can hardly be met, is stillwidely existed in rural finance innovation.Focused on how to dissolve the risk of rural credit，this article launched the applicationresearch on rural credit risk control. Based on the understanding of the research status both athome and abroad, reviewed the development history of rural credit, the article separately gavedefinition and category to rural credit risk and discussed the characteristics of rural credit riskfrom the three aspects of agricultural industry, farmer behavior, and the rural area; The articleelaborated the related theory of rural credit risk; Made Analysis on the rural credit risk forms,began with the rural credit risk control for present situation, discussed the difficulties andconstraints of the rural credit risk control; Proposed the overall method path on theconstruction of the rural credit risk index evaluation system and the evaluation index systemof rural credit analysis; Followed the designing principles of rural credit evaluation indexsystem, this article established a rural credit risk evaluation index system, illustrated the index,and designed the farmers credit rating template; Made empirical analysis based on the designof the rating template, which was a prove for the applicability of the scoring template; Putforward countermeasures and suggestions on the control of rural credit risk according to thespecific situation of China which provided guarantees for the sustainable development of ruralcredit.
