Abstract


In recent years, China’s banks have been adjusting the credit structure, controlling the growth of asset size in accord with the banking capital adequacy ratio standard requirements. But at this stage, the domestic and international economic situation is still complex, stabilized the economy is not stable to good posture. From the international environment, the financial crisis still exists. Economic recovery is not yet solid in some developed countries, full recovery of world economy and China’s exports to resume high growth still need a fairly long process. From the domestic situation, expanding domestic demand policies dissipates and economic growth momentum is still weak; change of development mode is still left behind, further structural adjustment is needed desperately, and inflation expectations is apparently rising. China’s commercial banks are facing unprecedented competitive pressure and complicated market environment, the Administration asked to strengthen supervision of the bank-balance-sheet business, to prevent the accumulation of risks, maintaining healthy and stable financial system; attaches great importance to the local government borrowing and debt at same time, and strictly control the increase, and gradually digest the stock, thus effectively defuse risks. Financial institutions are specially required to strengthen the ability of risk identification and risk management, follow commercial principles, and carefully assess the financial ability of the borrower and the source of repayment. Accurate grasp of policy-oriented, pushing forward the risk management, will be the bank credit risk management priority in the future.I stood in the angle of the bank’s front-line operations, combined with the reality of macro conditions, drawing on advanced foreign commercial bank credit risk management experience,using the basic research combining theoretical study and the data indicator analysis methods, basing on the previous research on bank credit risk management, according to the changes in trends in the banking industry is facing,summed up the problems faced by China’s commercial banks to credit risk management, particularly the problems faced by the Bank of Communications, then I present the comments and suggestions for a comprehensive risk management of Bank of Communications. This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter Ⅰ Introduction describes the background of this study, literature review and research programs; Chapter Ⅱ draws out the problems existed in the Bank of Communications Credit Risk Management from the status of the Bank of Communications Credit Risk Management;Chapter Ⅲ draws out the problems existed in the commercial bank credit risk management from the status of the Bank of Communications; Chapter IV summarizes the experience of advanced foreign and chinese commercial bank credit risk management, to provide empirical support for the subsequent analysis; Chapter V injects the advanced experience of foreign advanced commercial bank credit risk management into the problem-solving program proposal of the Bank of Communications Credit risk management.
