Abstract


Since China’s reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy and the growing venture investment of capital markets, a large number of Small micro-enterprise are cultivated. especially in the past ten years, small micro-enterprise made a great contribution to China’s economy and employment, has become the backbone of the economy of our country can’t be ignored in the market. But few of the large number of small and medium-sized enterprise can grow up healthy and develop strongly. Therefore, small micro-enterprise generally encountered in the process of development is the biggest bottleneck problem of financing, financing and financing huge risk is one of the important reasons hindering the development of small micro-enterprise.To this, this article through to the experts and scholars on the basis of literature research, combined with the market environment and the small micro enterprise in our country the characteristics of the folk lending, list the risk list, application related network method to establish a multi-level small micro enterprise folk lending risk assessment index system, the first layer for the small micro enterprise folk lending total risk, the second floor for the five indicators of risk including market risk, political risk, industry risk, financial risk, enterprise risk ability, the third layer for15indicators of risk. Based on folk lending risk index system, small micro enterprises to establish judgment matrix, using expert investigation method to determine the weighing values of each index system; By expert evaluation method for small micro enterprise folk lending to rate risk situation, step by step from down to up according to the results of the ratings on the index system of risk size calculation, calculated the folk financing risk. Finally, based on the small micro enterprise folk lending risk assessment index system, small micro enterprise itself and the macroscopic two different resolving countermeasure, analyzed the risk for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises provide reference to preventing risks of private lending, for small micro enterprise timely identification of the folk lending problems existing in the process, adjusting the financing strategy, enterprise financial stability, improve risk prevention capacity.This paper studies the main conclusion includes:first, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of multi-level small micro enterprise risk evaluation index system of risk calculation, can well predict the small micro enterprise in the private lending risk degree. Second, calculating the overall small micro enterprise private lending risks, adopt the method of bottom-up hierarchical calculation, it can be concluded that small micro enterprise folk lending total project risk degree, but also obtains the classification indexes of degree of risk, the risk for resolving countermeasure research has been clear about the direction. Third, according to the small micro enterprise facing larger capacity in the process of the folk lending risk and financial risk, and puts forward the small micro enterprises to perfect financial system construction and management system construction, strengthen the construction of enterprise integrity and conform to the enterprise development strategy of the enterprise financing strategic risk of resolving countermeasure. According to the small micro enterprise the exogenous risk problem, from the macroscopic Angle put forward to perfect legal system construction, to improve the way of supervision and improve the small micro enterprise credit guarantee system of risk countermeasures to resolve.
