Abstract


China set "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" as foothold of the central file in continuous10years, from2004to2013, and changing the backwardness of rural and building new socialist rural have been the first priority of the Chinese government. And the fundamental solution for "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" has close contact with develop and support of Rural finance. As Long-term effective means of poverty alleviation, rural micro-credit optimizes rural finance system structure and imbalance between supply and demand of rural financial market to speed up rural economic development. However, micro-finance is in the primary stage in China, numerous defects of it are restricting rate of China rural economic growthThis article embarks from the actual situation of Meng-jin countryside of He-nan province. In view of the countryside farmers’ diversified agricultural economy, form the demand of micro-finance as the main line, take the area of peasant household micro-finance demand issue as a starting point. Analyze the cause of influencing factors, and to sort the influence factors of the demand for micro-finance. This paper using literature study,questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis and other methods. To analysis the primary and secondary effect factors of peasant household micro-finance demand.This paper concludes:The influence factors of Meng-jin county farmers micro-credit, I think basically has the following four aspects:it’s more difficult and needs to meet not in time for the farmers to get the access to micro-finance needs, the money supply and the credit product design is not reasonable. According to the factors affecting the formation, combined with survey data collected, to sort the factors of Meng-jin farmers’ micro-finance demand influence.I think basically has the following five aspects:farmers micro-credit’ availability, micro-finance institutions’ operating mechanism, small financial institutions’ credit conduction cycle, lines of credit, the loan interest rate, the lending cycle problem, family members and the size, farmers educational level and credit institutions distance, etc. Based on the above conclusion, in this paper, the main countermeasures conclude: in the perspective of managers, we must correctly guide the development of micro-finance institutions mode and meet the current demand of peasant household micro-finance, from which two aspects to carry on the reasonable Suggestions. I put forward the construction of the establishment of the internal control mechanism to strengthen micro-finance institutions、established accord loan system with the actual situation of Meng-jin county、 development of micro-finance products with Meng-jin county regional characteristics、the government set up the guarantee fund to participate in micro-finance business、village culture propaganda activities、enhance the level of peasant household culture、The government joint financial institutions, free to carry out the agricultural financial knowledge lecture, adjust the structure of the rural economy, promote the farmers capital accumulation, Micro-finance incentive mechanism is established, promote the generation of farmer micro-finance demand.
