Formaldehyde is one of China's most important indoor air pollutants , also the world's hot and difficult field of environmental health . Investigate the toxic effects of formaldehyde , especially genotoxicity, on a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the carcinogenicity of formaldehyde , further evaluation and improve indoor air quality is of great significance , and the development of a safe environment for the evaluation of formaldehyde pollution formaldehyde concentration to provide scientific basis . Formaldehyde spider cells genotoxicity this experiment focused on formaldehyde genotoxicity studies on the ecological environment , our unique card 's hair garden spider ( Eriovixia cavaleriei ) , as the research object is selected , exposure to gaseous formaldehyde ( 0, 0.5 , 1.0,3.0 mg-m-3). Detection of formaldehyde genotoxicity biomarkers of DNA damage ( DNA strand breaks in the DNA chain - protein cross-linking ) , comet assay and KCl - SDS precipitation test extent of DNA damage , to study the genotoxicity of formaldehyde spider cells . Concluded : low, medium, and high concentrations of gaseous formaldehyde , can damage spider cells DNA, and to a certain extent , the extent of the damage with increasing concentration increased. The low formaldehyde concentration to cause DNA strand breaks induced by high concentrations of formaldehyde the nucleus crosslinked ( DDC DPC ) generated . (2) comparative analysis of the different animal cell genotoxicity of formaldehyde formaldehyde water-soluble experiment based on the conversion of gaseous formaldehyde concentration of liquid formaldehyde concentration and DNA strand breaks ( DSB ) , DNA strand crosslinks ( DDC ) and DNA chain - protein crosslinks ( DPC ) as formaldehyde injury indicators , comparative study of different forms of formaldehyde genotoxicity of different animal cells . By comparison with formaldehyde concentration increased , the animal cell DNA by the order of performance of the damage : DSB → DDC → DPC ; animal cells on the formaldehyde sensitive to the degree of difference with the concentration temperature increased ; same concentration of formaldehyde in under the same experimental conditions , the degree of DNA damage in different animal cells, there are great differences , there are also differences in the cells of the same species in different organs .
