Abstract


With the deepening of the socialist market economy, rural finance has become the core of modern rural economy, and plays a decisive role to the development of rural economy. However, the rural finance of Jilin province has always maintained a relatively slow development, there still exist many problems in the developing. Therefore, it is necessary to go deep into the industrial organization to make an exploratory study on the rural financial market structure and market performance of Jilin province.Based on the related theory of market structure and market performance, this paper first introduces the general situation of rural financial market structure and market performance of Jilin province, and expounds the influence mechanism of rural financial market structure of Jilin province on market performance; Then analyzes and measures the related indexes of market structure and market performance respectively, and selects Herfindahl-Hirschman Index as the market structure variables, the rural financial interrelations ratio as the market performance variables, builds an econometric model of reflecting the relationship between them, and it is concluded that the two did not exist long-term and stable positive correlation, that is to say rural financial market of Jilin province has highly concentrated market structure and poor market performance; In the final, the paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
