Abstract


The customer satisfaction has been studied for many years, but I find that the relation study between customer satisfaction and GIS is very few according reading the articles. Although GIS has been quoted to the tourism industry, it just exists in the assistant cartography, tourist resources analysis and helping making decision for the programmer. The study about connection between GIS and tourist satisfaction is very few. GIS has some characteristics, for example, it can confirm the developing trend through the temporal and special characters so that it can forecast the developing direction. In addition, it can simulate the space of the real world in order to solve the problems. If we can quote the GIS software to analyze the phenomena of the tourist satisfaction, it is will be more convenient and more intuitionistic to express the results and will help people make more appropriate decisions.Based on reading others’articles, the thesis summarized the theory of customer satisfaction, the characters, functions and system of GIS. In recent years, the developing goal of Qingdao tourist is changing to develop the Leisure Vacation tourism. So the author makes the research on the Qingdao resorts and designs the new former to evaluate the Leisure Vacation tourist satisfaction. According to putting out questionnaires, analyzing the data, evaluating by the new former with the GIS software, it can present intuitionistic and frondose results to the people. The author just wishes it can help the planner more or less.
