Abstract


With the growing mature of the research on leaders’speech writing, people’s research orientation is gradually developing into thoughts of speech writing. The thinking track of leaders’speech writing is a combination of different types of thinking during the creating process of the main body of writing, which works together in different periods of writing process. It is a running track which presents some kind of content, type, sequence and orientation.The research object of the paper is the thinking track of the leaders’speech writing, which defines the concept of the leaders’speech and the writing thoughts. Moreover, it also discusses the ability which the secretary should have in leaders’speech writing. Only having some kind of ability can form the basic thought frame in different writing stages and deep the research of the thinking track of writing. Then, the paper takes the leaders’speech from government, enterprises and public institution as examples, uses the related theory of writing cognitology and psychology, puts forward trigger thinking, secondary thinking and gestalt thinking with reference to the previous research results. Additionally, the thesis explains reason for posting the document, clearing the main task and content. And it also detailed analyzes the speech according to different objects, applications and sequence of materials. In the end, it make a comprehensive research to the combination of writing subject and concrete practice of writing speech according to the four types of thinking types used in writing.
