Abstract


As the first productive force in today’s society, science and technology play animportant part in different time. Our human lifestyle has been influenced a lot.Science’s charm lies in constantly what created new social values, social progresspregnant with infinite new possibilities. Because of this, seeking the truth, innovationhas been the soul of academic scientists and spiritual pursuit. However, by theuncertainty in the technology and commercialization trends and constantly highlyprofessional and scientific society of modern times in all kinds of scientificmisconduct occurred frequently. Especially in recent years, public morality andnational laws to break the bottom line of all types of academic scandals is endless.Starting from a variety of academic misconduct incident, the interpretation ofresearch integrity culture from various angles, we explore its paths in order toimprove national research integrity system.Merton School realized from the early scientific research activities of the“fraud” began, until1988the U.S. government issued the “Federal RegisterHandbook”, it firstly made on research misconduct as defined authority. Behindscientific dishonesty issues, incentives are often complex. It is lack of a culture ofintegrity. Culture engraved in people’s hearts, it replaces the authority of the people’spower and to maintain awareness of the law. Integrity as a traditional cultural values,the spirit of the scientific spirit of seeking truth, in essence, is interpreted in goodfaith in the concept of technological activities. Construction of research integrity isalso a science and technology culture of ethics, and rendering. Perhaps the scientificintegrity of the building did not come clear regulatory regime, but it affects scientistsand moral concepts in subtle, this is precisely the cultural impact of the unique charm.Nowadays, with the deepening reforms, it undoubtedly provides a goodopportunity for researching integrity culture. Based on the concept of modern East- West integration integrity, tentatively proposed to cultivate the scientific communityand research workers “integrity cultural consciousness” aimed at seeking the truth.Honesty becomes a member of the scientific community and each in their respectivefields of activity value in the pursuit of self-consciousness. The study of the culturalintegrity of scientific research broadens our horizons.
