Abstract


Shanxi Province is the energy base in China. It has made important contributions for the development process of China’s industrialization and economic development. After entering the new century, the world economy has a tend of economic globalization、science and technology. Science and technology affects every part of production and life,has the important position in the economic development and is the most important factors but also the economy fast, stable development. Patent, as an important manifestation of technological innovation, has a strong relationship with the social improvement and the development of economic activities.This article is based on the present situation of Shanxi Province industrial structure and economic development. With the patent measurement and SPSS analysis method, this paper made a analysis and study to the relationship between economic development and the patent of Shanxi Province. First of all, this paper expect to make an objective、 accurate evaluation to the status of the industrial structure through the the economic data of Shanxi Province. Secondly, this paper will master the development of my province patent from the macro based on Province patent data statistics and processing of Shanxi Province. Once again, using the regression analysis method in SPSS software based on the economy and patent data for date fitting to find their relationship.Then the parameter analysis shows that the degree of fitting model and the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable,and so on. Finally, based on the premise of Shanxi province economic development, put forward my views of Shanxi Province industrial structure and economic development and reform, combining with the parameter analysis.
