Abstract


In the early 1990s, the Cainozoic Era director starts to mount the Chinese moviedom one after another. The Cainozoic Era movie is affected by the globalization linguistic environment and the social, cultural, artistic linguistic environment which Chinese native transforms brings day by day, the movie presents tremendous change from the content to the form which is different with seniors’. The Cainozoic Era movie keep distance with the Chinese mainstream movie as well as the commercial movie. The Cainozoic Era director keep their eyes on the individual survival reality in the Chinese social development not the fifth generation director’s grandiose narrative. They express their view of the time and the society with personalization movie narrative, this narrative characteristic is totally different with the Chinese traditional movie’s. In view of the fact that the present academia is also relative devoid of the grasp of the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative characteristic, therefore this article attempts to start with the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative structure, space, the subject, the value orientation, the language, esthetics implication and so on to grasp the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative characteristic. The full text divides into four chapters to explain, the first chapter analyses and discusses the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative linguistic environment, in order to show the formation of the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative characteristic is close related with the globalization linguistic environment(especially the postmodernism cultural ideological trend which was emergence in the globalization advancement) and the increasing change of Chinese native social, cultural, artistic linguistic environment. The second chapter analyses the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative characteristic, there are five aspects to launch in this chapter: clastic narrative structure, enantiomorphous narrative space, personalized narrative value orientation, daily narrative subject as well as avant-garde narrative language. The third chapter discusses the Cainozoic Era movie’s narrative esthetics implication, it’s consist of the demand of aesthetic modernity, the showing of human nature virtue, the present of tragedy esthetics. The last chapter dissertates the contribution which the Cainozoic Era movie bring to Chinese movie, this chapter think it’s a innovation that the Cainozoic Era movie rebels fifth generation movie’s subject, simultaneously this chapter elaborates the function which the Cainozoic Era movie develops to the Chinese movie from the Cainozoic Era movie’s deep thought and esthetics style.
