Abstract

Objective: To observe and analyze the secondary splash like blood (Secondary spatter bloodstain) morphological characteristics, formation mechanism and its behavior, and to explore the low blow and head impact with the formation of blood spilled like the identification methods and their practical application ; analysis of the scope of the crime scene of blood, morphology and distribution, so as to provide the type of behavior in cases of bleeding and bleeding mechanisms judgment basis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Material: select one of three (vitrified tiles, terrazzo and wood flooring) texture of the ground as a carrier, the establishment of an indoor scene environment. Experiments with blood: both died within 12 hours of adult anatomy effort, without hospital treatment during his lifetime, gender randomly. Methods: (1) the total amount of 10ml of blood, with a single drop (0.05ml) continuous dripping in wood flooring, terrazzo, vitrified tiles, three carriers, blood dripping pitch vertical plane crash were 6cm, drops drop heights from 10cm to 160cm, 10cm apart each experiment five times. Field measurements of different vertical and horizontal plane dropping height bloodsoaked distribution, size, and bloodsoaked highest blood distance, and notes and photographs. (2) The total amount of blood is placed 10ml 10ml test tube, once dumped in wood flooring, terrazzo, vitrified tiles, three carriers, blood dripping pitch vertical plane crash were 6cm, dropping height from 10cm to 160cm , each separated by 10cm Experiment 5 times. Field measurements of different vertical and horizontal plane dropping height bloodsoaked distribution, size, and bloodsoaked highest blood distance, and notes and photographs. (3) establish the indoor environment of the scene, the use of the common use of the low blow and blunt head impact, copying live like blood splashed species distribution models. (4) to the measured data using statistical software for statistical analysis SSPS 16.0, look like the blood splashed on the second horizontal and vertical surface height distribution dripping blood, blood volume, the relationship between the method and a carrier; calculating the secondary splash like blood spray angle. Results: (1) secondary splash of blood can reach the highest point on, depending on the texture of the carrier drops of blood dripping, dripping blood, dripping blood drop height and the vertical rebound after dropping distance. (2) When the original carrier and bloodstains near the bottom in the same vertical plane, the secondary splash shaped blood can reach the highest point is always lower than the height of the drop of blood. (3) secondary head impact splash like blood and splashed like blood in the vertical plane forming an inverted triangle are blank area of distribution patterns, like low blood splashed against the vertical plane without this form of distribution. (4) Experiments show that when the blood dripping height greater than 20cm, the vertical surface of the inverted triangle gradually formed blank area bloodsoaked distribution, the size of the inverted triangle corner dripping in blood is inversely proportional to the height of 100cm or less , more than 100cm in height, angle is no longer dripping drops with increasing height changes, but tend to be relatively stable state. Conclusion: The use of secondary blood spilled like species distribution characteristics can be used to identify low against splash of blood, helps to analyze information relevant to the case, to infer the specific mechanism to produce, analyze the behavior of the injured, for confirm or disprove the suspect's blood on the clothes interpretation of great value.
