Abstract


In this study, the use of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, a detailed investigation of the status quo of the development of table tennis veteran cadres in Henan Province. Henan Province, the veteran cadres table tennis groups participation, development status and the development of countermeasures. Development of table tennis veteran cadres in Henan Province correct direction, in line with this stage of Henan Province, the status quo. Through the survey found that, veteran cadres table tennis participation primarily male-dominated population, concentrated in the younger elderly and quasi elderly within. Cities carried out a wide distribution, but also include a number of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. The the veteran cadres groups overall economic situation is significantly better, enjoy good benefits, and the average wage is higher than the provincial average. Harmonious family life, participate in table tennis by their strong support. Participants, there was some movement experienced mostly veteran cadres, and a considerable number of people have had professional training experience. Motives of veteran cadres involved in table tennis is to improve health, and table tennis as an important part of life to participate in a high-frequency, time stable place to Table Tennis Association. This study suggests that to promote the rapid development of the core Henan veteran cadres table tennis power \However, in the process of development, there are also some resistance. : The venue is a serious lack of training, the society's less concern about the lack of national resources invested too little awareness and audience of the table tennis. These obstacles are mainly contradictions caused by the inertia of the rapid development of the society at this stage and the masses, the way of thinking of the government departments, need some time to adapt and improve. In this study, the corresponding solutions according to these issues, there are: increase propaganda of veteran cadres table tennis, to create a good social atmosphere; optimize infrastructure resources venues, upgrade hardware and software conditions; strengthen the combination of all competitions veteran cadres of scientific and reasonable arrangements for the events; provide funding support to support the healthy growth of Henan Province the veteran cadres Association's. In summary, through research and analysis on the status quo of Henan veteran cadres table tennis participation, and strive to make up for previous studies vulnerability. Provide a theoretical basis for the healthy development of table tennis in Henan Province veteran cadres. Is to lay a solid theoretical basis for the widespread popularity of mass sports in the elderly in the future.
