Abstract


Taijiquan is a traditional martial arts in China’s national treasures. Cotton slow movement of their way, not only can enhance the level of physical health practitioners, but also alleviate the tension so that access to mental health benefits. More importantly, its extensive and profound, "Tai Ji", "Heaven and Man" in philosophy can give practitioners more to think about their quality of life is instructive significance. It is based on the value of Taijiquan movement, making the colleges and universities an important part of physical education curriculum.Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities of Chang Chun have long offered Taijiquan option. But the effect of the class is not good.. Students not only failed to understand the depth of the content of Taijiquan, but even the basic movements are lost over time but forgotten. Why cause this to happen? This situation is individual or universal? How to improve this situation? It is this focus and resolve problems.In this paper, it reflected the current situation of Taijiquan class from classes set up the situation, the situation of teachers, teaching process, teaching effectiveness and teaching environment by investigation of documents, question investigation intertviewing the experts, logic analysis, mathematics statistics and so on. It also analyzed the reasons from teachers’professional attitude, professional skills, classroom teaching and learning environment, student motivation for learning. At the same time, it made countermeasures from classroom teaching to prepare strategies, classroom teaching implementation strategy, teaching evaluation strategy. Objective to improve the current options for the Teaching of effects of Tai jiquan provide feasible solution.
