In this paper questionnaire and case study method to Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, 505 junior high school students as the research object, using the \junior high school students learning burnout, self-esteem and achievement motivation condition; explore self-esteem, achievement motivation for learning burnout predict; combine case studies to explore mitigation junior learning burnout intervention approach, so as to eliminate the junior high school students' learning burnout issues new research perspective. The results showed that: 1, a certain degree of learning junior high prevalence of burnout, the overall at the middle level, where the lower efficacy are quite serious. Two boys learning burnout levels were significantly higher than girls; higher grades, the higher the level of learning burnout; academic worse, the higher the level of learning burnout; rural students' learning burnout levels were significantly higher than urban students; One Child at learning burnout does not exist significant differences; non-student leaders learning burnout levels were significantly higher student leaders; families of the students in different categories do not exist in the learning burnout significant difference; family economic status of the students in different learning burnout does not exist significant differences ; the parents of the students in the study of different occupational burnout overall there is no significant difference; parents' education level is lower, the higher the level of learning burnout. Three junior high school students self-esteem overall lower middle level. 4, junior high achievement motivation in general in the medium level. 5, junior high school students self-esteem and learning burnout and its various factors significant negative correlation exists between; pursue successful motivation and learning burnout and its significant negative correlation factor, the motivation to avoid failure and learning burnout and its significant positive correlation factor . 6, self-esteem on learning burnout has significant negative prediction; avoid failure of motivation on learning burnout has an extremely significant positive predictor, the pursuit of success motivation on learning burnout has an extremely significant negative prediction. 7, self-esteem, motivation to succeed, the motivation to avoid failure burnout influence on learning through its three factors - inefficient sense of exhaustion and alienation achieved together. The motivation to avoid failure which is the most significant factor. Finally, this research is quantitative research and case studies that basis, it puts forward some relief and elimination of junior high school students learning burnout suggestions.
