Today, with the development of economic globalization and the information technology, there was a big change in the computer network, the rapid development of the contemporary change the traditional management mode, that is base on system to establishing the system method to carry on the management. ERP and MES is two important system.ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is the two important System of the Enterprise integrated automation. ERP is facing the management enterprise layer information systems; MES is face the factory execution layer information system , MES is the key links between the process control system and ERP.This paper analyzes the MES and ERP systems integration and related technical theoretical, for the existing production process technology and the current resource management system, in view of duplication data between MES and ERP, avoid the overlapping functions of MES & ERP system,the paper analyzes the integration ways.cosiderater the MES & ERP environment ,we studied the data interface and user interface. In the above analysis, based on the company’s ERP and MES systems,we presents a practical application of integrated ERP and MES technology, and the entire interface system include the production planning control, materials management, sales and distribution, quality management and other four modules. Discussed the need for system integration ,we are notice the mode of integration is very importatnt, these paper information given how to achieve an integrated ERP and MES . to acchive the optimizing of the business processes, we have to make the MES and ERP integration together, such as the follow functios : plan, control, feedback, the closed-loop system, planning, all the necessaryr informations are delivery timely smooth throughout the ERP&MES. This article aims to establish a reasonable and effective MES & ERP integration information model, in order to achieve the purpose of sharing information,solve the ERP and MES systems contradiction between the material balance of enterprises, product quality tracking, market statistics, production cost accounting and other management functions. Of course, finally, the system integration improved business planning, real-time and flexibility, thereby improving production line efficiency.
