Abstract


In recent years , with the development of society , people increasingly strong demand for quality early childhood education , high-quality nursery nursery become the development direction . Cultural construction of high-quality nursery nursery for the promotion of sustainable development plays an important role , is the core of building quality brands . This paper selected Shenyang 4 more representative of the high-quality nursery as the research object , the use of literature , questionnaire , interview , observation and other research methods , for kindergarten material culture , institutional culture , behavior and cultural development and concept of culture building four aspects of the investigation and analysis, summed up the experience in building high-quality nursery culture and found the existing problems , mainly due to lack of theoretical study and practical exploration , cultural consciousness , and so the whole construction . In reference to the extensive research literature and investigation concluded , based on the proposed principles of quality nursery cultural construction and cultural construction measures , namely: the emphasis on the overall design of nursery culture , heritage and tradition, to improve the cultural function of educating people ; learn from at home and abroad cultural construction of high-quality nursery advanced experience ; deal with the times and carry forward the traditional culture of the relationship ; adhere to the people-oriented concept of nursery culture ; practice-oriented activities, mobilize and play teacher and children 's enthusiasm and creative potential ; strengthen nursery culture the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms .
