Abstract


With the development of higher education , the number of undergraduate students of Journalism relative growth , this growth in line with the needs of our journalism development of higher education and discipline construction , scientific research and practical talents for our media culture . However , while growth in the number of how to cultivate high-quality journalism talent , and the establishment of one kind with suitable training model of journalism education reform is an important issue . American journalism profession after nearly a century of development , has become a successful example of today's international recognized and emulate , journalism training model of the countries in the world have had a broad and far-reaching impact . Therefore, the comparative study of journalism educators in the United States , learn from the experience of the United States in order to improve our journalism education mode , in order to identify our unique news professional education gap , should improve the quality of our news personnel training in the field of large benefit . This paper is divided into four parts .
