Abstract


In this paper, a method based on the harmonic discussion the transfinite interpolation surface modeling in computer aided geometric design and manufacturing ( CAGD / CAM ) , which includes : traditional transfinite interpolation method overview, one-way rectangular domain transfinite interpolation reconcile constructor and two-way transfinite interpolation harmonic structure . The paper is organized as follows: First of all, at home and abroad on transfinite interpolation surface discussed the idea of the the transfinite interpolation surface methodology proposed in this paper . Introduced transfinite interpolation surface paper introduces reconcile transfinite interpolation has obvious advantages , that do not need to be known in smooth stitching boundary differential information . Again, detailed discussion of the transfinite interpolation method based on the harmonic rectangular domain , the interpolation single direction boundary curves as well as bi-directional interpolation method reconcile and given tectonic G ' / G2 continuity transfinite interpolation spline surface to reconcile format . The numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the method .
