Power communication network , voice, video and multimedia services are implemented through an independent network interconnection between network the intermediate conversion link in order to achieve , which not only resulted in a waste of resources , but also bring the management of the entire system inconvenience. Introduction of softswitch technology in power communication network to the various types of business are integrated into the network based on IP architecture , to provide users with more flexibility , ease of management and maintenance business . Based on the above analysis , the power communication network softswitch service interface design and implementation. According to the characteristics of the softswitch technology and architecture for the development status of the power communication network and its bearing business , and analysis of the existing problems of the electric power communication network , and the introduction of the Softswitch technology of necessity , feasibility and significance of study . Then combined with the characteristics of the power system business requirements and softswitch technology , the overall design of the power communication network softswitch system , and discuss the implementation of basic voice services and integration with traditional voice . Finally, the power communication network softswitch service interface that short message , video conferencing , e-mail , network management alarms and paperless fax structure and function of the detailed design .
