Abstract


This thesis is the total quality management practice in the B Electric Company, case studies, since the 60’s last century of TQM theory has been put forward by national and international organizations and experts and scholars of great concern, particularly through TQM in Japan, paid heed to the ruins after the war became the world’s second largest economy. And 70s of last century we introduce TQM in China, the practice also has been some achievements, but the Chinese electrical industry in the face of the building fierce global market competition, particularly in the face of financial crisis in 2007 the United States before the great challenges, TQM must be strengthened and continuously improve product and service quality.At present, China Building Electrical industryTQM practices in the study less than, the paper attempts to direct and indirect statistical research combined qualitative and quantitative analysis, theory and empirical analysis method, TQM B Electric, practice research, TQM for the electrical properties are analyzed and summarized, and put forward the future direction of quality management to improve enterprise competitiveness, and meet customer needs.This paper TQM of building electrical case-depth study in four parts. The first part of the introduction, explained the background and significance of this study, the research contents, methods and ideas; the second part of TQM theory. TQM theory from the development process and the concepts, principles, content and practice development, and so described. The third part is the TQM practice in the case of statements B Electric Company. B Electric Company on TQM practices were analyzed and evaluated, and analyzed the existing problems and countermeasures. The fourth part is the TQM practice in the B Electric Company. Based on theory of the B Electric Company’s TQM measures were analyzed and summarized, while strengthening the foundation from the proposed work, the progressive implementation of Six Sigma Performance Excellence Model to build the future of quality management proposals.
