Since 1985, after more than twenty years development, the market framework of Xinjiang real estate industry is more perfect, and all kinds of regulations and laws are becoming more mature. But according to the reality of steep rise in price of the Xinjiang real estate and lasting more price now, the country has taken the relevant macro-control measures and Xinjiang’s reality. In such circumstances, how can the real estate corporation solve all the easily and remain invincible in the real estate market?On account of the above questions, this thesis firstly analyzes the corporation’s present status, existing questions and the future trend of the real estate industry in Xinjiang, and then analyzes the political, economic, social, technological and competition surroundings of real estate market with PEST way, then combines with the inner situations of the real estate corporation, make the SWOT analysis for the country’s strategy development, pointing out strength, weekness, opportunity and threat facing to the company’s development.Because of above conclusion, this text puts forward the basic strategy development of real estate corporation in Xinjiang, including the total cost leading strategy, the differentiation strategy and the specialization strategy. Further, this text creatively puts forward the strategy choice question, including constitution of core competence, corporation strategy of real estate from the view of customer innovation and so on.In the final part of this text, the results of it are actual cases and make a great combination of theory and practice. In the first fact, the theory is testified; In the second fact, the efficiency of practice will be boosted, providing development of practice with guidance.
