Abstract


China is in the process of urbanization accelerated period of development , how to ensure the development of the economy at the same time , to achieve the sustainable development of society has become an urgent problem . The eco-city is designed to achieve a natural , technical , the coordinated development of society , is the city of the future development trend . As of building a resource -saving and environment - friendly society, the goal of the proposed social harmony , economic efficiency , ecological virtuous cycle as the main feature of the eco-city construction climax . Sino- Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is a strategic cooperation project of the two governments of China and Singapore , shows the determination of the two governments to address global climate change , enhance environmental protection , resource conservation and energy . No direct can learn from the successful experience of cooperation in the construction of ecological city as the world 's first between the two cases , the Sino- Singapore Tianjin Eco-city , there is an urgent need to study the characteristics of the development , and to develop appropriate promotion policies . The extensive collection related to urban development and ecological research literature , related research results of domestic and international urban development and ecological urban development policy and its development policy and theory of the sort ; on the basis of theoretical studies , combined with China 's eco-city construction practice many ways to demonstrate the need for the construction of eco-city in China , analyzes the practical problems faced by the construction of eco-city in China and their causes ; studied from both national and local levels , the introduction of the eco-city development policy ; based urban economic theory and methods of system science , in-depth study the ecological the power dynamic mechanism of urban development , the general laws of eco-city development ; according to the law of the development of eco-city study the impact factors of ecological urban development and interaction mechanism , to develop the influencing factors of evaluation index system ; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method analyzes the influencing factors of the Sino- Singapore Tianjin eco-city , to build the Sino- Singapore Tianjin eco-city development policy framework for the actual construction of the Sino- Singapore Tianjin eco-City , and policy recommendations for the development and construction phase .
