Abstract


The issues of resources and environment have given rise to the great concerned from all circles of society. The transforms is an inevitable trend that the traditional industrial park change to the ecological industrial park under the new situation of ecological civilization construction. Ecological industrial park is a important realization forms to construct society’s of resource-conserving and environment-friendly. The construction of ecological industrial park can provide study cases for traditional industries transform to ecological industry. Meanwhile, it can offer space for developing regional economy and adjusting industrial pattern and regulating product structure. Based on the processes, models and experiences of the eco-industrial parks development at home and abroad, this paper takes the Qianlishan Industrial Park of Haibowan District in Wuhai City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example, formulating the feasibility that this industrial park become into the ecological industrial park. Furthermore,, this paper discuss the principles and methods of the park planning, exploring some problems such as that the ecological ideal is relatively weak, the micro-recycling is unbalanced, and the development of venous industry is also slowed..
