Abstract


As China's railway construction market establishment and improvement of project quality supervision and management increasingly important economic significance and profound social significance. This close connection with China's railway construction project quality supervision and management practice, from the study of construction engineering quality supervision and management before the start of the railway construction project quality supervision and management issues in a more systematic in-depth exploratory study . First, the introduction of engineering quality supervision and management of the development process , the basic framework and supporting systems , on this basis , analyzes the railway construction project quality supervision characteristics, summarizing its work program and content, and comprehensive analysis of the stage of China railway construction project quality supervision and management of the main problems .
