Background deviated nasal septum is a common clinical disease , and surgery is the only way to solve partial song , the traditional surgical way to correct the deviation in the amount microscope , this surgical approach has some limitations , the incision a single ; while endoscopic surgery and more , including , incision modifications greatly expand the indications for surgery for the correction of the septum , worthy of promotion , but need more clinical data of a deviated nasal septum surgery . The purpose of traditional methods and Endoscopic surgery of nasal septum surgery techniques and incision modifications , as well as the outcomes of two different surgical methods , and explore the best surgical approach deviated nasal septum . Methods deviated nasal septum patients after endoscopic sinus nasal septum surgery 48 cases and 45 cases of conventional nasal surgery , operative time , blood loss , hospital stay , postoperative pain , treatment effects and complications aspects of comparative analysis . Results in the conventional surgery group , patients with average surgical time was 87.01 ± 6.13 minutes , surgical blood loss was 13.9 ± 2.17 ml , the average length of stay was 6.6 ± 0.82 days . 45 patients , 30 cases were cured , the cure rate was 66.7% ; 12 cases improved, improvement rate was 26.7% ; 2-4 balls are dropped nasal septum and middle turbinate adhesions after surgery , 15 cases of which 12 cases improved after separation ; appear septal perforation cases , wound infection , complication rate of 6.7%. Work after endoscopic incision surgery group , patients average operative time was 63.10 ± 7.11 minutes , operative blood loss was 8.6 ± 1.33 ml , and the average length of stay was 3.6 ± 0.71 days , 48 patients , 46 cases were cured , the cure rate was 95.8% ; improved two cases , the improvement rate was 4.2 %, 2 patients 2-4 balls are dropped nasal septum and middle turbinate adhesions after separation healed , no delayed-type perforation , nose collapse hematoma , wound infection and other serious surgical complications . Endoscopic group 's level of pain is also lighter than the traditional group . Traditional group and intranasal endoscopic alternative incision for the two groups , there were significant difference . Conclusion intranasal endoscopic line nasal septum surgery incision modifications efficacy was significantly better than the traditional surgical approach .
