Abstract


Pragmatic Approach to study patients with doctor-patient session Responses to the phenomenon of information overload , trying to explain this phenomenon Adaptation characteristics . We understand the excessive response of the patient information to the dynamic process of the patients in the Q \u0026 A process in the outpatient doctor-patient communication in addition to providing doctors expect the necessary information also provides excessive information .
