Abstract


Planning Environmental Impact Assessment The legal system is placed at a significant environmental aspects of macroeconomic policy-making chain in the front , through the analysis of environmental carrying capacity of resources , for all kinds of major development of productive forces, resource allocation, made ??more reasonable strategic arrangements to ensure the healthy and orderly development of economy and society .
