Thesis to a gold mine in Guizhou the arsenic waste residue after extraction of gold ( gold mine tailings ) as raw material from recycled arsenic , aims to reduce the content of harmful substances in the sludge ( arsenic ) , comprehensive utilization of secondary resources . On the basis of a large number of relevant literature , the wet process the processing gold mine tailings . The main conclusions are as follows : 1 , the use of NaOH, H 2 sub > SO 4 sub > and HCl were investigated as arsenic in the tailings leaching agent , the amount of leaching agent , leaching time, leaching temperature liquid to solid ratio and other factors affect the leaching rate of arsenic in the tailings , and optimize the leaching process conditions by orthogonal test . Based on the comparison , the proposed process of arsenic in hydrochloric acid leaching - distilled in a hydrochloric acid medium - hydrochloric acid regeneration \2, under the appropriate process conditions , the choice of HCl as the leaching agent , leaching , and then after separation by distillation , arsenic recovery of up to about 95% , to achieve the recovery of the arsenic in the gold tailings for further experiment arsenic enlarged provide the basic parameters . Arsenates in tailings (mainly FeAsO 4 sub > and of Ca , 3 sub > ( the AsO 4 < / sub >) 2 sub >) thermodynamic analysis to explain the anomalies in the leaching process ; NaOH and H 2 SO 4 leaching kinetics of experimental data discussed , and finally clarify the basic principle of the leaching process , and to provide a theoretical basis for the arsenic leaching effect . The thesis studies show : gold mine tailings by the Process , recovery of arsenic in tailings and sludge generated by the treatment process , separation , drying can be used as road filler or brickmaking filler , to achieve minimization and resource , has the double benefit of the economy and the environment .
