By SDS / n-butanol / cyclohexane / water preparation of W / O microemulsion system at 25 ° C, 40 ° C, 60 ° C stable composition range, effects of different water content and temperature of the microemulsion stable region; drawn at 25 ° C, 40 ° C, 60 ° C, SDS / n-butanol / cyclohexane / water system Microemulsion Phase Diagrams and conductivity experimental data studied micro-emulsion W / O → O / W microemulsion structure type → bicontinuous phase → → rod-like liquid crystal structure of double continuous phase transition to SDS / n-butanol / cyclohexane / water microemulsion medium synthetic nanomaterials to provide the basis. At T = 25 ° C and T = 60 ℃ using SDS / n-butanol / cyclohexane / water system synthesis of nano-cuprous iodide crystals using XRD, IR, TEM of the products were characterized. The results showed that: when W ([H 2 O] / [SDS]) = 20, T = 25 ℃ obtained cuprous iodide crystal particle diameter of 100 nm within the cubic massive crystal at T = 60 ° C, columnar crystals. Experimental results show that the morphology and particle size of the material to change the composition of the micro-emulsion, and the reaction time, no significant influence of aging time, W values, the temperature in the synthesis of the appearance and particle size of the material has a greater impact. Especially as the synthesis temperature increases the one hand, the microemulsion system enter the bicontinuous phase liquid crystal region, on the other hand microemulsion polo thermal deformation causes the system water nuclear deformed, so that the synthetic particles of crystals in different directions in different The rate of growth, these are the main reason for the deformed shape of the crystals of the cuprous iodide in a higher synthesis temperature. SDS / n-butanol / cyclohexane / water as the reaction medium as a reductant NaBH 4 , you restore a normal temperature [Ni 2 sup>] / [Mn 2 sup>] = 1:1 mixed solution, in this system successfully synthesized manganese nickel nanocomposites using XRD, IR, TEM, EDS, TG-DSC of the products were characterized. The results showed that: W at room temperature ([H 2 O] / [SDS]) = 20, the resultant precursor is a particle diameter of 20-60nm granular amorphous compound; this precursor calcined at 600 ℃ was the spinel NiMnO 3 , the average particle size calculated by the Scherrer formula (D = 57.3 × κλ / βcosθ) 23.68nm; calcined at 700 ° C and 800 ℃ The spinel MnNi 2 O 4 , the average particle size were 32.96nm and 42.30nm. The experiment showed that: By changing the composition of the aqueous phase, the W value (water and SDS molar ratio), the reducing agent and the MnCl 2 and Ni (NO , 3 ) The mixed solution was added , as well as changing the concentration of the mixed salt can effectively control the composition and particle size of the manganese-nickel oxide microparticles. Microemulsion water polo stability is a key factor of the product composition and particle size, by controlling the moisture content of the microemulsion, thereby controlling the component and the particle size of the product, and can effectively control the stability of the microemulsion Polo. In addition, also studied the impact of certain factors on the sample particle size, composition. Possible formation mechanism of nano-manganese-nickel composite oxide in a microemulsion system.
